Hi Everyone,

If you cannot access SQG Reports https://fldeploc.dep.state.fl.us/chaz_sqg/ and are being asked to enter a username/password. I am working on this. As you know. we changed this back in 2016 where it would not require an exosphere account anymore but for some reason we are having security issues again. In the meantime, if you need to get in, you may follow the instructions below. I will keep you informed.

You would login into to the dep network to access the reports.

  *   Select Use another account
  *   Username = floridadep.net\richards_j
  *   Password would have been provided by DEP

     *   If your password needs to be reset please contact the service desk at 850-245-7555 and ask them to reset your network account password

Screen shot below may be a little different, but it shows the format for username.
