North American Hazardous Materials Management Association
2019 Florida Chapter Workshop
June 10-14, 2019, PGA National Resort & SPA, Palm Beach Gardens


Do you have a topic of interest in the HHW or SQG world, that you would like to present to your peers at the 2019 workshop?


NAHMMA is an established group of hazardous materials management professionals whose purpose is to advance education, foster communication, encourage policy development, recognize exemplary programs and provide professional development opportunities. We are dedicated to pollution prevention and reducing the toxicity of municipal waste streams. This 2019 Florida Workshop Conference is hosted by SWA of Palm Beach County.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

  *    Complete the attached form and submit by:
February 01st, 2019 to Christopher Gilbert at cgilbert at alachuacounty.us<mailto:cgilbert at alachuacounty.us>.

  *      Applications will be evaluated by NAHMMA's Training Committee.
  *      You will receive a notice of acceptance or non-acceptance.
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

  *   Presentation Formats: Typically lectures with Q&A; however, feel free to submit proposals for alternative formats, such as team teaching, panel discussions, workshops and/or interactive sessions.
  *   At a minimum, presentations should be 20 to 25 minutes followed by 5 to 10 minutes of Q&A.
  *   Proposals constituting sales pitches for products or services will not be considered.
  *   Presentation equipment (laptop and projector) will be provided by NAHMMA.
  *   If your presentation requires special software, internet connection, PowerPoint capability or a special presentation format (lecture, panel, audience participation, etc.), please indicate this on your abstract form.
