Management Standards for Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals

November 18 at 11:00 AM EST (one hour session)

Presenters:  John White and Miranda Rothenberger, Florida Department of Environmental Protection

This webinar will cover hazardous waste management for pharmaceuticals outlined in the Resource Conservation Recovery Act.  Speakers will cover topics on the Amendment to the P075 Acute Hazardous Waste Listing of Nicotine and Salts, Prohibition on Sewering of Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals, Redefinition of "RCRA Empty", and Management Standards for Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals by Healthcare Facilities.
