Committees (LEPCs) for hazardous materials are starting to plan public education
activities for Hazardous Materials Awareness Week, Jan 18-27, 2009. Our
theme this year is Mercury (silver metal not the planet). It is an
emergency response issue for hazmat teams as well as a hazardous waste issue for
local and state SQG/HHW programs. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
