<p class="MsoNormal">Middle Tier, along with network services personnel, have made changes to the network configuration serving all DEP web applications and some internal applications such as Cherwell. These changes are necessary to address the ongoing Bad
Gateway errors and sporadic system outages affecting our users.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In order for these changes to take effect, the network equipment and
<b><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">services responsible for handling traffic to all Oracle applications, et al will have to be taken offline at 12:00pm Eastern today</span></b>. It is anticipated that the systems should be restored within
20-45 minutes, however, we are including some buffer time in the event of unforeseen complications. The systems are expected to back up and running no later than 1:00pm Eastern.<o:p></o:p></p>
