www.municode.com</a> or within your Land Development Code, depending on how you entity is organized. You’ll want to check your code to see how Polk County defines a used tire processor , if they do not, and you can reference the state code in FAC 62-701.200
for definitions. A tire processor may fall under FAC 62-709.320 if they meet the registration criteria.
