You guys should schedule a meeting with me next week or Friday.  A hands =

meeting.  We can get a bunch of things put in place that will help your
project along really well and allow you to avoid a slew of documentation
mishaps.

Once your project is in CVS and building every night, and we have =
several
that are, it is easy to deflect questions about docs and such by saying =
it is
on the Maven web site for your project.
