We are currently looking at GBA Master Series (gbaMS) and Azteca's Cityworks
to do the County's Infrastructure Management System. We are leaning more
towards gbaMS since it has a lot of what Public Works are looking for, but
our County Surveyor and GIS team feels that gbaMS doesn't have full
capabilities of using GIS compare to Cityworks. Cityworks is very GIS
driven, but it lacks some of what Public Works would like to use it for such
as the Finance/Budget side.

Thanks for any comments and information.
