gis-l: ArcSDE and ESRI License Service Back Down

GIS and ArcIMS Users,

Unfortunately, ArcSDE and the ESRI License Manager did not stay up long =
and
are now down again.

We will let you know as soon as EPIC30 and EPIC31 are back up and =
stable.

Sorry for this distruption.
