GIS and ArcIMS Users,

EPIC31 supporting the ESRI License Manager and ArcSDE will be down for =
the
rest of the day due to hardware problems. We hope to have EPIC31 =
restored to
health by tomorrow morning.

We are requesting another set of keycodes for the ESRI License Manager =
so
that we can use GISSUN5 to serve licenses if EPIC31 is not restored by
tomorrow morning.

We're sorry for this disappointing news. The Systems Section is working =
very
hard to resolve this hardware issue. While we generally have very good
up-time statistics, every once in a while bad things happen. This is =
one of
those times.

Again, we apologize for the disruption this is causing,

-Linc
