GIS Users & Developers,
First, two layers have been added to the enterprise GIS Data Library =
from the
Bureau of Mine Reclamation: Integrated Habitat Network (IHN) and =
Mandatory
Phosphate Mines. For those of you who have been waiting for this data, =
it is
available under the Boundaries and What's New? categories of DataMiner.
Second, due to overwhelming response from district users, the columns
PROGRAM_ABBREV and PROGRAM have been added to the GIS version of PA. =
The
unique values for the columns are as follows . . .
AIR BUREAU OF AIR REGULATION
BW BIOMEDICAL WASTE
DW DOMESTIC WASTEWATER PROGRAM
ERP ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE PERMITTING
HW HAZARDOUS WASTE
IW INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER PROGRAM
IW WASTE WATER PROGRAM
IW WASTEWATER PROGRAM
PW DRINKING WATER PROGRAM
SW SOLID WASTE
UI UNDERGROUND INJECTION PROGRAM
If you have ArcView or ArcMap projects with PA data saved in them, you =
will
need to delete your existing layer and add it in again.
More information about the Mine Reclamation and PA layers, as well as =
all
other layers in DataMiner, can be found in their metadata, available =
through
the DOC button in ArcView 3.2a, ArcCatalog's metadata tab, and in the =
on-line
Data Directory at http://depnet/gis/geodata/vinterface.htm
Finally, ERPce data is now available to be used in ArcView and ArcMap. =
This
layer can be added to a project manually as IMS.ERPCE but is not =
available
via DataMiner yet and does not have metadata yet.
