gis-l: Arcmap Project Copy Tool

I wanted to let everyone know, someone has created a tool that takes all =
data
layers used in an MXD and copies them all to one directory, including =
grids,
and tins.  It then creates a new MXD which uses the new pathnames.  The =
only
problem I found is that is does not copy images like .tif or .jpg over
sometimes.  Here is the link:
