gis-l: interruption of License service due to network outage

GIS Users,

The FDEP network suffered a short outage before noon today.  This =
impacted
ArcSDE, ArcIMS and license manager services.  Network services have been
restored.  If you are having problems connecting to the license manager
please try again now. =20
