gis-l: Updates to the Brownfields Layers

GIS Users,

The DWM layers; Brownfields Area Centroids and Brownfields Area Polygons =
(in
DataMiner) have been updated. Both these layers now have 95 records.=20

The updated Brownfields are in Charlotte, Hamilton and Orange Counties.
