gis-l: Nightly Refresh Failure

GIS Users,

The nightly refresh of the regulatory layers failed last night resulting =
in
empty datasets.  We are re-running the refresh and expect to have the
regulatory layers restored by noon.  This issue ONLY impacts the nightly
refresh regulatory layers, all other ArcSDE layers are believed to be =
fine.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
