gis-l: ArcSDE is Restored

GIS Users,

ArcSDE has been restarted.   ArcIMS sites will need to be recycled and =
will
not be available for about an hour.

We apologize for this service interruption and are aggressively working =
with
ESRI and BIS personnel to try to determine the cause and remedy the =
problem.
