gis-l: ArcGIS Publisher Floating License Added

GIS Users,

As a result of user requests, BIS is pleased to announce the =
availability of
1 floating license of ArcGIS Publisher.  For information on using the
Publisher extension, navigate to the link below and then select the link =
to
the Digital Books under the "ArcGIS Documentation" section.  (It's the =
first
link on the page.)

Publisher is installed by default if you use the BIS/GIS web page
installation of ArcGIS 8.3.

As always, please remember to "turn off" any extensions that you are not
using or you will consume a license even when you are not actively using =
the
extensions.
