gis-l: security access changed for school layers

GIS Users,

The Florida Department of Education has asked BIS/GIS to remove all of =
the
school layers from public access.  These layers include:
	Schools Jr College
	Schools Private K-12
	Schools Private University
	Schools Public K-12
	Schools Public University
	Schools Vo-Tech
In order to comply with this request we have removed the layers from the
public FTP server.  The schools layers will still be available in ArcSDE =
for
internal use, however, we are asking these layers to be removed from any
ArcIMS sites (or any other means public distribution).  We will revoke
permission on these layers for ArcIMS use by Friday at open of business =
day.
