gis-l: New Beaches Imagery in DataMiner

ArcGIS Users,

New Beaches imagery is now available in DataMiner. The new Beaches =
layers are
Beaches East, Beaches Northwest and Beaches West. They can be accessed =
via
the 'Imagery' tab in DataMiner. The metadata has been updated for these
layers. These imagery data can also be accessed via SDE Raster.

The Beaches imagery layers are high-resolution, true-color aerial photos =
of
the narrow strip along the sandy coasts of Florida in which the Beaches
program is primarily concerned. The aerials date from 2001 for the =
southwest
coast, 2002-2003 for the east coast, and 2004 for the northwest coast. =
These
layers will be updated when new imagery is available (please see =
Regional
Coastal Monitoring Data at
<http://www.dep.state.fl.us/beaches/data/coastmon.htm>).
