GIS Users,

OTIS/Systems is applying patches to epic31 to support the agency's upgrade to
Oracle 10g Database.  The system is expected to be down from 7:00 AM - 2:00
PM EDT on Saturday, July 28.  

This impacts the following applications: 

* CA/MapDirect
* All ArcIMS Mapping sites: OGIS, Self-cert, Webpoints, WebShapeLite
* ESRI License Manager (No ArcMap licenses will be available for checkout)
* All ArcSDE instances: SDE1, SDEDSL, SDEEDIT, RASTER
* DataMiner
* DataCatalog
