gis-l: ArcGIS Explorer Proxy settings fix

GIS users,

 

For those experiencing trouble with ArcGIS Explorer continuously prompting
for your username / password, please see the fix in steps 7-11 of the ArcGIS
Explorer installation page:  

http://depnet/gis/software/ArcExplorer.htm

 

We are working with ESRI on a better solution to this problem, but for the
time being, this fix should work.
