Please be aware that there will be an interruption of services on Saturday as
OTIS performs some infrastructure upgrades.

REMINDER: Services unavailable on 10/18 (Saturday) from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Service Alert - Please notify your appropriate contacts/staff
OTIS must shutdown a collection of services for up to 8 hours on Saturday,
October 18, 2008 to complete crucial infrastructure work at the DEP Data
Center (Bunker). The following services will be unavailable for up to 8
hours, between the hours of 8:00-5:00 p.m.:
* Blackberry Email Services
* DEP Internet website (www.dep.state.fl.us
<http://www.dep.state.fl.us/> )
* Project Server
* Water server -- TLHWRM
* Waste server -- TLHDWM6
* DLE Smartcop servers - since server rack is not in and may not arrive
in time, these will be moved to the small server room and can be back up in
an hour time frame.
* AppProd - Oracle Production Web Services
* AppBeta - Oracle Beta Web Services
* GIS Services; All GIS imagery, DataCatalog, Mapdirect, WebShapeLite,
WebPoint STCM, BTLDS, and all other Web Mapping Applications
The remaining servers that will be moved are related to infrastructure whose
functions will be picked up by others and would not impact the remaining
services.
Please ensure employees that may require notification of this required outage
are notified. If you have any questions, please contact the Service Desk at
