gis-l: Replacement WRM layer in DataCatalog/DataMiner

GIS Users,
The following WRM layer will be replaced by a new layer in ArcSDE, DataMiner,
DataCatalog and MapDirect on August 3rd 3009:
ArcSDE Name: WRM.MITIGATION_BANK_SERVICE_AREAS
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Mitigation Bank Service Areas
Replaced by :
ArcSDE Name: DEP.MITIGATION_BANK_SERVICE_AREA
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Mitigation Bank Service Area
As before this layer will be in the "Environmental and Monitoring" category
in DataCatalog and will be under the "WRM" tab in DataMiner.
