gis-l: New Imagery layers added in DataMiner

GIS Users,
The following new imagery layers have been added in the GIS library:
DataMiner Name: Aerial Imagery 2011-2013
This is a ArcGIS for Server Image Service which contains imagery flown in the acquisition cycles from 2011-2013.

ArcSDE Name: BASE.IMAGERY_2011_2013_FLIGHT_DATES
DataMiner Name: Aerial Imagery 2011-2013 Flight Dates
This layer contains flight dates for all the counties that had imagery flown in the 2011, 2012 and 2013 cycles. Both these layers are under the 'Imagery' tab in DataMiner.
