Just heard back.  All of FWC's damage assessment photography has been sent to the EOC for processing and publishing as a service and/or KMZ on Division of Emergency Management's GATOR Site.  FWC has not processed these data internally. So, push comes to shove, it would be faster to view the data on their web mapping application here: https://maps.floridadisaster.org/GATOR/map.html
The FWC photos are located under the "SERT Photos" node in the table of contents.
