Please share your experience:
How have you effectively handled situations where you are giving a =
school
tour and there are one or two particularly disruptive children and the
chaperones do not intervene to curtail the disruption?  What if you are =
told
that the disruptive child is ADD or ADHD - do you handle it any =
differently?
