Thanks for posting the San Mateo County article.  Please note that I was
incorrectly quoted, and actually told the reporter that Vacaville and
San Mateo County are the only programs we know of that operate
year-round, "and also accept controlled and non-controlled substances in
the same container."  My apologies to the dozen or so communities out
there that accept non-controlled substances year-round already.  And of
course, there's Clark County, Washington that has law enforcement sites
available to accept controlled substances, with separate sites available
for non-controlleds.

Thanks for the good work you folks are doing.  We have communities in
Oregon that are planning to roll out programs in 2007 as well.
