Hi Regina,

In Washington State, a producer funded and managed product stewardship
bill for the collection and disposal of unwanted medicines from
households was introduced in January '08.  It passed out of the
Environmental Health Committee with a unanimous, bipartisan support.
However, it did not make it out of the fiscal committee.  You can view
