Soap with triclosan + bleach + sunlight = dioxin.

Now I can tell my mother why my house isn't clean, I wouldn't want to
endanger the grandchildren.

Thanks!!

Research suggests that the reaction of triclosan with chlorine could
produce
highly chlorinated, and thus dangerous, dioxins in the presence of
sunlight.
Dioxins are a group of 210 chemicals with similar structures and
chemical
properties and dioxins are usually a mixture of some, or all of these

chemicals. Triclosan and examples of dioxins are given below.

2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin

2,3,7,8- Tetrachlorodibenzofuran

3,3',4,4',5,5'- Hexachlorobiphenyl
