[Pharmwaste] Specific drugs for testing for destruction

I have been asked to nominate several drugs for their
"destructibilitiness."

As I understand it any physical characteristic that is available should
be considered. For the poor scientifically challenged MD that is me,
that means the top 3 acidic, basic, soluble in water insoluble in water,
highest molecular weight API, lightest molecular weight API, best
enteric coating, most complex gel-patch format structure.

Should the 3 most persistent be included, 3 most toxic?

I may be off base in the above listing so would appreciate critique.
Since I don't prescribe anything based on that list though, does anybody
else on this list have the ability to plug drug names or formats into
those lists?
