[Pharmwaste] Household pharms (even haz waste) excluded

Hi All,
The other part of whether RCRA or not is state definitions.  Federal 
RCRA, the percent from HH collections is probably very low.  Even in 
hospitals,  the RCRA percent is between 5-10.
