Ohio Sheriff Indicted
This just goes to show that even having take back programs opens the door
for abuse.  Why create that possibility?  You are going to find even more
problems with these programs.  As we continue to advocate,  the drugs need
to be destroyed at the source "IN THE HOME"  We now law enforcement
spending time investigating their own when it is not necessary.  The take
back program causes the problem.
