[Pharmwaste] Management Standards for Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals Update

An EPA representative has indicated the final rule has completed OMB review.  It will now take several weeks to get it signed before it becomes available in a pre-publication version.  

 

To foster awareness and compliance, we have created an online resource center surrounding these new regulations (EPA Subpart P).  This website will be updated with any changes when the actual regulations become available.  http://www.pwaste.com/EPA-subpart-p
