1.) FCASLA Northwest Chapter Presents
    Guest Lecturer: Bruce Ferguson, FASLA

    "Re-Evaluating Stormwater:
    The Nine Mile Model for
    Restorative Redevelopment"

Mr. Ferguson is currently the Director
of The University of Georgia School of
    Environmental Design and has been
described as "the world's expert on
    stormwater infiltration, Landscape
Architect or not." The Nine Mile Run
Model resolves a history of chronic sewer
overflows into the public streets, parks,
and waters of the Pittsburgh region, while
    restoring and revitalizing the region's
    urban communities and watersheds.

Please come join us Monday, March 3rd at
6:00pm in the Architecture Building at FAMU.
The event will be catered by Po'Boys, so
bring your appetite. Park on the street
or there are some new gravel lots @ Oceola
Street that can be used which are south of
    the architecture building.

Please visit the SHRUG web site for a flyer
with a location map and contact info.

2.) WilsonMiller to Host Next SHRUG Quarterly

WilsonMiller will be hosting the next SHRUG
Quarterly, to be held in mid to late April.
Firm date and details to follow.

3.) Plans Underway for SHRUG GIS Workshop 2003

The theme for this year's SHRUG GIS Workshop
will be "Expanding Our Boundaries". The
Workshop Planning Committee has met several
times already, but there is still room for
    volunteers. Please contact Workshop Planning
    Coordinator Patrick Pence for details.
