I can give you one way, probably not the best way, but if you have =
access to
ArcInfo, you can shapearc the file to a coverage (point, arc or poly)
Then arcdxf the coverage to an DXF file.
Then you can import the coverage into AutoCAD as a dxf file.

I have converted a mdb file into a shape but can not
open it in CAD (Autodesk 2000). The help command
tells me to import it but when I try to do it, the
file is not there. If it can not be opened as a shp,
