shrug-l: Microsoft Home Use Program (HUP) & Employee Purchase Program (EPP)

The State of Florida offered a great deal as part of their contract with
Microsoft: employees could purchase MS Office for home use for around
$20.  This offer, as part of the State of Florida contract, expired in
June of 2005.  

Does anyone know if there was a renewal of this offer?  Any details
would be appreciated.
