It is a kind of yes and no. I created a customized marker set as a work
around for this. I am not sure ArcMap has the functionality as the old
Arcplot using lookup table. Good luck.

I want Unique Values for a Category.
Instead of the FILL being random colors - I want the OUTLINE to
do that.
Is that possible?
