Jim,
That is a very good question. I don't think you can do it with the core
ArcGIS product. I have not run across a command that will do it. I am
guessing that there is an extension out there that can do it though. I
will have to research this one.

All,

I'm trying to resize/scale a group of polylines. Can this be done in
ArcGIS 9.X? If so, is it possible to do it by an exact scale.  I can do
this in AutoCAD using the 'scale' command, but I can't find the command
in ArcGIS.  Any suggestions (besides using AutoCAD)?
