Get a good map of San Diego and study it a little before hand.

As others have said, get a good pair of walking shoes and break them in
a little before your trip. You will do a lot of walking just in the
Conference Center itself.

Within a few miles of the coast the weather can be cooler than one
would expect, even in July. Pleasantly cool, not cold.

I have registered for the Conference in July. <?xml:namespace prefix =

I've never been to this conference before, 

but I understand that it can be overwhelming. 


Would anyone like to share any tips? 

What should I do and not do? 

What do you recommend? 


I welcome any advice you'll give.
