Get a good map of San Diego and study it a little before hand.

As others have said, get a good pair of walking shoes and break them in
a little before your trip. You will do a lot of walking just in the
Conference Center itself.

Within a few miles of the coast the weather can be cooler than one
would expect, even in July. Pleasantly cool, not cold.

People who get sunburned easily should wear a wide-brimmed hat while
outdoors.

I have registered for the Conference in July. <?xml:namespace prefix =
o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I've never been to this conference before,

but I understand that it can be overwhelming.

Would anyone like to share any tips?

What should I do and not do?

What do you recommend?

I welcome any advice you'll give.

(Even about San Diego.)

Thank you,

Nonie Castro
