shrug-l: Add lat/lon grid lines to a map...

I am looking for a script or DLL that will add lat/long gridlines to layout maps (9.0 or later).  I have looked around in esri.com/SUPPORT and have not found what I am looking for.  I do not want to reinvent the wheels.  Any pointers would be appreciated.  Thanks
