shrug-l: Attributes

All,
 
Is there a command or script that will populate a feature attribute
table based on the feature's intersection with another dataset?
 
Example:  I need to attribute several point features with the name of
each watershed they intersect.
 
I'm using an ArcGIS ArcView license.
