Alex,
What you need is Survey grade GPS equipment. This type of equipment has
the ability to collect data with sub-centimeter or better horizontal
accuracy. Vertical accuracy for GPS units is about 1 1/2 to 2 times the
horizontal. Just about any survey equipment company carries such units.
We have them in addition to our GIS grade units. If you are looking for
a supplier, we get our survey grade stuff from Allen Precision. Here is
