shrug-l: NAD83 Section, Township, Range grid

I am looking for an STR layer for NAD83 for the entire state of Florida.  I currently have an STR layer, however, it is in NAD27 for the state (a little out of date for my purposes).

Can anyone send me one, or has a site that I can download it from ??
