Brian,

A batch file using SDE export/import command would be the best thing you
can do in this situation.

Hope this helps!!

shrug-l: ArcSDE question

What is the best way to migrate a schema with spatial data from one
database to another? The schema includes SDE data/layers. The new
(target) database has its own SDE instance, which does not directly
correspond to the schemas/layers in the original (source) database. An
SDE export only does one layer at a time. An Oracle export would cause a
potential conflict in layer numbers between the old database/SDE instance
and the new.

Thanks;
Brian
