shrug-l: Louisiana Data

Hello to Any Louisiana GIS Folks -
I am searching for the Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary (BTNE)
boundary in any GIS format.  All my internet searches have turned up
absolutely nothing.  There is a 'Geographic Data Server' link on the
BTNEP site http://www.btnep.org/default.asp?id=115 however, it does not
seem to be working.
