shrug-l: Halo not exporting

Hello Again Shruggers -
Yet another question...
I am having an issue where the Halo around my label does not export to
PDF.  'Embed all Graphics' is checked on and I have tried using a basic
font such as Arial but it still does not work.
Any thoughts?  Anyone else having this issue?
