ArcPAD 7 on a 2003 GeoXTThere are a couple issues.

1) New larger product being placed into the same 200 Mhz processor along
with the same pocket 2003 memory management. To keep the unit from locking
up from you should re-boot the unit from time to time to refresh the memory.
.

2) GPScorrect Rev 2.0 or higher must be used.

As always, with the Pocket 2003 OS on Trimble products, care should be taken
to load the software into the Disk Storage location not main memory.
