shrug-l: Tax roll back and GIS

I realize that some of you might be feeling the pinch of the tax roll back
and future budget cuts.

Her are two packages that could be used to supplement the GIS software that
you are currently using

One attachment is about "Accuglobe 2007" which is free but not open source
and is about the same power as ArcGIS Desktop

The second attachment is about "Manifold" which is $250 - $500 and has about
the same power as ArcInfo

The third attachment is a study by Cornell University comparing Manifold to
ArcGIS
