shrug-l: Locator Parsing difficulties

Hey, everyone, I apologize for being the bearer of many questions this
week.

I was having some locator parsing difficulties and posted them to the
user forum. I was lucky enough to receive a passing reference to a table
called usaddr.cls. It seems like it might be the answer to my problems
but I need clearer instructions on how to safely edit it, and which part
to edit. Can you give any advice or point me to any information that
might help? I have included the link to the thread below.
