shrug-l: Water main and meter shapefiles

Hey everyone,
  I am in need of a few shapefiles of water mains and meters in Miami-Dade,
Broward, and Orange County Florida.  The data will be used for a
capstone project at DOH.  If anyone has these files or knowledge of where I
can access this data please let me know.
